August 10, 2012 – no-class day again

Much of Metro Manila and nearby provinces may have experienced improved weather so far, but a number of areas and education institutions have announced that classes in their respective jurisdictions will remain suspended for tomorrow, August 10, 2012. It can be recalled that some made the declaration as early as yesterday:
