REVIEW – Have you tried Zoom Courier?

Filipinos can now have another company to choose from in case they need to avail of a courier service for their personal and business needs. For two years now, Zoom Courier has been steadfastly positioning itself as one of the best courier companies in the Metro Manila area.

Since 2016, Zoom Courier has nurtured a good reputation for its fast and affordable courier service. After all, the company is trying its mighty best to live by its primary objective which is “to provide high-quality services in terms of door–to-door pick-up and delivery of documents, packages, and larger shipment of products across the country at the fastest time possible, at an affordable price.”

I sort of discovered Zoom Courier when I did a research about other courier services in the country. As most Filipinos can attest, the courier service industry in the Philippines has long been dominated by the same names.

Being a new kid on the block, I read customer reviews about Zoom Courier and I was startled to come across some critical comments about their service. “Could their service be that bad?” I asked myself, getting a bit curious about the company.

Hence, I decided to try their service to see how it really is. Early this year, I decided to use their service to submit a paper for a graduate class that I couldn’t attend due to an out-of-town speaking engagement.

Below is a recap of my first-time experience with Zoom Courier:

Zoom Courier is positioning itself as one of the best courier companies in the Metro Manila area.

1) Efficiency

I scheduled a pickup through their very easy-to-navigate website (www.zoomcourier.ph).

Their booking cut off time is 2pm for same day pickup and next day delivery. Bookings made beyond 2pm will have next day pick-up. The company assures next day delivery for Metro Manila and nationwide (provincial) deliveries in 3 to 4 days.

2) Very affordable price

I was charged only P40 for my package, which is half the price of what I would have been charged by other courier companies. Evidently, Zoom Courier offers what is perhaps the cheapest door-to-door shipping rate in town.

3) Customer service transparency

I did not have to worry about the status of my package delivery because Zoom Courier provides notifications for both seller/shipper and the buyer/consignee of confirmed pick up date and delivery date together with the name of the assigned rider via email and text. I was able to track the whereabouts of my package simply by typing the tracking number I was given through their website.

In case I have queries, I am reassured by the fact that their customer service is available via mobile, email, and even through Facebook messenger.

Overall, I can say that I actually had a pleasant experience in trying out Zoom Courier. Their quality of service exceeded my expectations, which admittedly had been influenced at first by what I read online.

I know that Filipinos value trustworthiness in choosing which courier service to avail, and hence I recommend everyone to try Zoom Courier’s very affordable courier service for their personal and professional needs.
