This was first reported by The Philippine Star. Duterte has long been known for being touchy-feely with his female supporters even during  the campaign, with him routinely kissing them and asking them to sit on his lap.

Duterte is making his first visit to South Korea as President, with the highlight being his scheduled meeting with President Moon Jae-in.
