DepEd sets NCAE in Metro Manila for March 9 and 10

The Department of Education has rescheduled the much-delayed National Career Assessment Examination (NCAE) for Grade 9 students of Metro Manila for March 9 and 10. Education Secretary Leonor Briones made the announcement through Memorandum #36 for 2017.

Because of this announcement, it is likely that students in Grades 7, 8, 10, and 11 will not have classes on March 9 and 10. The conduct of NCAE was abruptly canceled last week in Metro Manila due to the inadequacy of test materials, a justification that was widely mocked on social media by students and even teachers.
