#WalangPasok – DepEd suspends classes in Metro Manila from January 17-21, 2022

There will be no classes in all public elementary and high schools throughout Metro Manila starting January 17 to 21, 2022. This is according to a regional memorandum signed by Wilfredo Cabral, the regional director for Department of Education-National Capital Region (DepEd NCR) this January 14.

In the said memorandum, Cabral added that classes will resume from January 24 to 28, 2022 through purely asynchronous learning modalities. The week of January 31 to February 4, 2022 which was originally set aside for the semestral break will now be alloted for students to be able to complete their requirements.
