NEW MILESTONE! The Filipino Scribe marks 13th anniversary with 13 million page views

Coinciding with its 13th anniversary last March 2024, The Filipino Scribe also achieved another milestone – having over 13 million in total page views!

The surge in site traffic last month due to the demand for information regarding the Eid’l Fitr holiday.Iyt can be recalled that there was considerable confusion if the first day of the holy month of Ramadan, which ultimately fell on March 12, will be declared a holiday. The final day for Eid’l Fitr, which was ultimately declared for April 10, remained unsettled until just four days prior to the event.

I have recounted before that I started this blog in 31 March 2011, and I was working as a book editor back then. At that time, I wasn’t even considering pursuing a teaching job! Despite the ups and downs in the profitability of this blog, I intend to continue writing here for as long as I can whenever time permits.

Thank you very much once more to all the readers!
